This isn't a quote today. It's just something that I tried last

night and worked well for me.

Chew each bite of food today as many times as possible before it

starts to dissolve in your mouth.

I did this last night at dinner, and I was completely satisfied with

one helping. My husband and daughter had at least 2 servings and a

snack later. I was fine with just water afterward. Some bites were

15 chews and others were 25-30. I feel a lot better and lighter this

morning. Try it - you might like it!
