Hey Liz,

Are you looking for an exercise

specific to the inner thigh? The one Texas Mom described is very

similar to the Butterfly in Bodyflex. You want to slide your knees

apart until you feel a good stretch in the inner thigh. Let me know

what ya need and I will try to help :-).

Here's another position which gives a great inner thigh stretch.

Start with a very wide stance--legs a little farther than shoulder

width apart, toes pointed out. Squat down and rest your elbows or

forearms against the inside of your knees. Push outward against

your knees while concentrating on sinking downward with your backside

rather than leaning forward. You should feel quite a stretch in the

inner thigh area. I hope I described this well enough--it's hard to

put physical motion into words, isn't it?

That's what it's called...the butterfly. Thanks. My daughter calls

it the leap frog so I got it confused with the real name. It works

very well.
