Rhona,

I also have BodyFlex, Oxycise and LifeLift. I started with BodyFlex, then added Oxycise because of the empty stomach thing. I personally was never able to warm up to Oxycise. I tried and tried to like Oxycise, it just never happened.

In the beginning of BodyFlex, I lost inches. I think I lost 8 inches in the first two weeks. I never lost a single pound though. I heard about LifeLift for two years before finally deciding that reading other peoples' explanation just wasn't enough to help me see the difference between BodyFlex and LifeLift. I had hit a spot where I simply wasn't losing anymore inches, remember, I never did lose any pounds with BodyFlex, yet the other listers who had switched to LifeLift continued to rave over their results. I started feeling left out. I also couldn't distinguish the difference between the two just from the writings of the other listers. No one seemed to be able to help me figure out the difference of why LifeLift was getting so many rave reviews while BodyFlex seemed to work in the beginning, then people hit a wall with it. My friend Hedra, whom I had been corresponding with for over a year, probably longer, wrote to me and told me she had bought LifeLift. I immediately wrote to her privately and asked her what she really thought. Was it worth buying? Was there really a difference?!? She assured me that YES, it was worth buying and, YES, there was a difference. So, that settled it. If Hedra said it was worth buying, then it must be so. My budget is pretty tight with only my husbands' income with four kids. So, I took care of two birds with one stone. I bought the video, gave it to my husband and told him that it needed to be wrapped put under the Christmas tree, addressed to me from my him and the kids. He loved it, he didn't have to go shopping and he knew it was a present that I wanted! :-)

As soon as possible I popped that video in and watched it. I must admit that at first I was disappointed. I think that I was expecting it to be the same thing as BodyFlex because so many people had told me they were exactly the same program. BodyFlex was so intense and on the support page we talked about really being intense with that breath. LifeLift was not intense at all. I watched it 5 times I think, just taking notes on how Rashelle was showing to do the breath. I had to really look to see how to change what I had learned and adjust it to be more effective. I made little stick drawings on a 3 X 5 card to remind me of what positions she had suggested. I finally decided that I was willing to give it a try. So, got out the tape measure and scale. I then did the workout for three days along with her on the Original Video. (That was all that was available at that time.) I only did the tape once a day. After the three days I measured again and was in total shock that I had actually lost 6 inches AND 5 pounds in these three days!!!

I am still not sure how to tell you of the difference, I was a serious BodyFlexer for over two years. I have switched to LifeLift and am losing inches and pounds again.

I tried to post this once but it never went throught, so if you all got it twice I am sorry. I have some questions for you all. I have been doing bodyflex for 2 years. I tried Oxycise and didn't like it. I am looking for something new. Is the Lifelife breathing technique very close to Bodyflex? From what I read in the letter, it sounded like it was except for holding your breath after the "pah" If I already know Bodyflex, could I just buy the workout tapes and know what I was doing without gettting the instrucional tape? If yes, what tapes would be good to start with. I am interested in toning my abs, lower abs and these horrible love handles that won't seem to go away.
