Guest guest Posted May 2, 2000 Report Share Posted May 2, 2000 My appetite is definitely increasing and I'm wondering if it's becuase of all the " exercise " I'm getting doing aerobic breathing? Surely this won't hurt my weight becuase I'm working it off doing the LL breath. My tummy is a little poochy this week, but maybe that's just hormonal or not drinking enough water, etc. Hmmmm???
