I must have not been holding my mouth right :-) That post that you had about Udo's from Janeen's list (the one where she met him) was wonderful. I ordered some immediately and have been taking 3 Tablespoons a day in my morning smoothie. I don't taste it at all. It is hidden among all my other ingredients. Last weekend there was some discussion about how youthful I look (more so than usual!!) and I was trying to figure out what I might have been doing that was different. I have been lifelifting consistently for about 3 months but have been on Udo's about 5 or 6 weeks. Maybe it was the Udo's or a combination of the two. Do you think it would be more beneficial to spread out the 3 Tab.,say 1/2 in the morning smoothie and 1/2 in the afternoon or do you think it doesn't make any difference.
