Jo,

If you are feeling a great amount of pain, then you are probably pressing too

hard. But it is very normal to feel a kind of soreness, in the beginning.

As you workd these points more often, you will notice that the initial sore

feeling, will become less and less. It is a very good thing that you are

having these sensations, it means that when you do your pressure points,

you're right on the money! Keep up the great work and enjoy your video.

Keep breathing and before you know it, those slightly painful spots, will be

history.

Sincerely,

Tami

An early good mornin' to you all!

I tried posting this a few days ago, but I must have goofed, because

it didn't show up. I have a few questions about the accupressure

facelift. I'm locating some fairly tender spots in the areas where

Rashelle shows on the video--is that because I'm pressing too hard,

or is that an indicator that I've located the point properly? WIll

this tenderness decrease over time? I'm also curious as to how this

process works. Thanks in advance for lending some insight.

Hi JoAnne,

I just happen to be here trying to send out the newsletter. It is giving me fits, and you may all get more than one copy, please forgive me, it seems one address clogged up the whole list of thousands and I don't want anyone to miss out.

To answer your question, if you have tender spots, it just means your body needs some help from you. Tenderly, press and breathe. You will find that after you have done this for awhile the tenderness will leave and you will feel like a new person.

Take care,

I am back to this newsletter, I want to get it out before I leave to go out of town tomorrow.

Hugs,

Rashelle
