Been doing lifelift and herbal wraps, eating all I want but I don't want much to eat. I am a smoker and I know I should quit but one thing that lifelift does is help to keep my lungs cleared out . You should be mighty proud of yourself in your commitment to doing your breathing and in the use of those fabulous wraps! It really seems to help having such a wonderful and fun program to follow. You are so correct about the LL breathing method helping to rid yourself of that yucky mucus. It's amazing the vast amount of miracles that take place in our bodies, with this simple, precise breath. Don't you just love it! I have found that when doing LL, my appetite has become remarkable decreased. I think that it may have to do with the shrinking of the stomach, since LL works from the inside out. Also, the large amount of water we should be drinking, curbing our thirst, that we had initially misinterpreted as hunger. No scientific foundation, just my opinion.
