Dear Tami,

It is very difficult to express in words what this message means to me. I, like all of you am just a normal woman, with normal needs, and normal fears. It is true that I have been blessed by parents who taught me to love myself, but because the world is as it is, I am also very certain that I cannot please the world with everything I do. When I was first asked by some of you out there to create workout videos I was touched that you would want another video from me, but I was also charged with wanting to please you. To give what each of you wanted. Of course, since you are all different in what your needs and wants are, that was a big challenge. Because of my 30 years, plus of experience in health and fitness I had to decide what would give you the most benefits over all. Of course since coming to these lists and falling in love with all of you, I have decided to create many more videos to try to accommodate as many of your wishes as possible. But today, Tami, you have given me a huge gift! You have given me you approval in a way that goes beyond saying yes, Rashelle, you did ok. Words cannot express my gratitude. I doubt if any of you could understand just how deeply I am touched by each of you each and every day. When you talk about addictions, I laugh. I have never been addicted to anything in my life, until now. I have become addicted to all of you!

Hi everyone, especially Rashelle,I just recently, received the tapes I had ordered, Reflexology, Stretch bands and Life Lift workout #2. Oh, Rashelle, I am at such a loss for words, I can hardly even use my keyboard. I did each one of the workouts today, including Life Lift #1. I feel absolutely awesome. I can't believe that each one of the videos, is a total body workout, it felt more like a video designed for stress reduction and positive approaches to increasing ones self image! Although my muscles feel very worked, there was absolutely no pain involved, what so ever. When I did the Work out #2, I felt as though you produced it just for me. There are so many days, still, that I am unable to get out of bed, or, if so, not much further than a chair. This is the perfect workout for these days. I feel such a renew of hope. There is not a day, that I won't be able to do my wonderful Life Lift breathing. My spirit is soaring, knowing that anyone who may have felt unable to do any form of aerobic exercising in the past, can now benefit from the healing oxygen, as much as anyone else. You, Rashelle, have made me and many others, feel part of the real world again. Taking control of our own bodies, spirits and minds. It is so wonderful to no longer be on the outside looking in, but to be able to take part in all that Life Lift has to offer. Thank you so much for this incredible video.I also did the stretch bands workout. As you can tell, I have been getting stronger and stronger, since starting LL, only a short few months ago. As Rashelle will attest to, I came to her a very sick, broken woman. But her program has helped beyond measure, to restore me to health and wellness. The stretch band workout was just plain and simply fun! A total blast, with the benefits of strengthening and toning. I felt like a million bucks, when I was finished. The part that was so hard for me to believe, was when Rashelle said,"You've done a great workout!" I was thinking, that's it? It went by so fast, how can it be over, how could I have possibly done such a great workout, and had such fun doing it?But here was my favorite part of my day. When I did the Reflexology video. As you know, I, in the not so far away past, modeled fashion and beauty, for a living. During this time, I felt that I was, truly beautiful. But all that came to an end, when I suffered, yet another stroke, from the terrible abuse to my body, brought on by 20+ years of bulimia. I have 2 fabulous children, and the only way I would survive long enough to see them become adults, was to make some drastic changes in my life. I tried many, many things to be able to eat and not turn into some kind of human blimp. But they all left me disappointed, hopeless and back to old habits, and each time, with a vengeance. It was not until I met Rashelle and Karma, that I was able to turn my life around. To become a living, breathing human being, who, for the first time in 20 years, had hope of a better way of life. Since I have given up the old habits, I have had a hard time feeling beautiful. On the odd occasion, I would get a glimpse at the beauty I held within me, but it would soon fad away. But this evening, after bathing and applying my Night Magic, I sat down to watch and participate with, the reflexology video. Rashelle, you are so beautiful on that video, your presence is so serene and your delivery is so very sincere. I did the entire tape, then sat and cried like a baby. In sorrow? Absolutely not! For the first time, in what seems like forever, I too, truly felt beautiful. Tears of joy flood my eyes, and continue to roll down my cheeks as I realize the wonder of the oxygen, the Life Lift breath and the incredible healing power of what I learned in a few short minutes, from a 20 minute video. I feel simply marvelous. Such a sense of renew. With each new reflex point, I felt an emotional and physical healing, that I had no idea I was in such need of. Thanks so much Rashelle, for taking the time to share these wonderful gifts with us all.I have to say that there is no way that I could pick a favorite. They are all unique to themselves, working and healing different areas of the body. It is such a blessing that they have been made so affordable to us. When you consider that, if you choose eat in for 2 or 3 meals, instead of out, the money you save, will have purchased the video of your choice, you have to admit, that's a pretty good deal! Thanks again Rashelle, for helping me to change my life, so that I can in turn, help others who, may still be needing that Life Lift boost, to become all they were meant to be!Sincerely,Tami
