Guest guest
Bonnie, I'm not too sure about the actual facts of the matter, but I can tell you what my experience has been. I always gain in the waist and bust area first, and loose in the leg, hip and thigh area first. I may be the exception to the rule, but at any rate, this has been my experience. Just thought I'd throw it in for fun! Sincerely, Tami
Guest guest
Bonnie, Think positive, it could just be me. Maybe I should start doing a little more visualizing of a thin midsection! Seriously, it's probably just my body, having the diabetes can really put someone out of the range of normality. Sincerely, Tami
Guest guest
Michele, Hi, I guess a lot of us fight the midsection bulge. Good thing we have Life Lift! I would love to hear of your exercises or this problem area. Thanks! Tami
Guest guest
Hi all. Hope everyone is doing great. I was wondering about something. I seem to remember a while back, I think on the BF list, that it was said that you lose inches from the last place you gained them, first, and lose the first inches you gained, last. Any one know if this is true? Or where you gained weight at first, is the last place you'll lose it and where you gained weight at last, is the first place you'd lose it. Any one know if this is true? Thanks ya all!!! :-) {{{HUGS}}} & God bless, Bonnie **********************************************With God, ALL things are possible.**********************************************
Guest guest
Hi Tami, Oh well, so much for THAT theory!! LOL I was kind of hoping it was so, as my stomach is the very first place the weight goes and since I want to lose it so bad and it seems to be taking so long, I thought that maybe that was one of the reasons ;-) And that after I lost other places my stomach would start getting smaller. I thought my lower arms looked like they were getting smaller. Could be my imagination though! I decided to measure them at the wrist and the upper part and see what type of inch loss I see. By the grace of God I'll see more inch loss soon. I'm really happy that you have been seeing inch loss, and so many others also. Unfortunately, my inches seem to be pretty stubborn :-) !!! But, I'm trusting God that if I do my LL regularly, I WILL get the inch loss I'm looking for!!!!!!!!! After all, LL works. So many of you are living proof! At any rate, one of these sweet days I'm going to be trim and slim again!!! Later sis. Guest guest
Bonnie, I'm not sure about this theory but if it were true... haha! Are you wanting to lose more in your mid-section? I have noticed that since getting a bit older than I tend to gain more easily in this area. It's no fun but it's how the ball bounces I guess. I know some great excercises for this area. Just ask! Guest guest
Hi Tami, I AM thinking positive about losing my stomach, just not sure WHEN it's going away! I am, after all, 48 years old and it (my stomach) REALLY seems to like it's home!! LOL Been here about 4 years now. However, I say it's time for it to move on outta here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway dear one, remember to put in a little prayer for me every now and then for me to have a smaller silhouette! I'm STILL believing God for it. Just have to be patient! And that's more what I REALLY need prayer for!
