Hi everybody,

You won't believe what just happened to me. I have been wanting to try

Rashelle's skin care line, but had to wait until other financial obligations

had been met. But today, when the mail arrived, I had a package from a very

dear friend, the same one that sent me my VT tapes, and what to my wondering

eyes should appear? not a miniture sleigh and 8 tiny reindeer, no, something

even better. The " Face and Body Glow " , the " Night Magic " and the " Fat

reduction cream " ! Can you believe it. Wow, what a blessed girl I am. I

can't wait to give them a try. I aslo received a tape of subliminal weight

loss tapes. This is too good to be true. Life is great!

Well, the truth is, that I think my dear Friend/Family member is pretty great

too. It's truly amazing to me to behold such generousity. I sincerely hope

that I will learn to be such a giving person, learning and mentoring myself

after others with such kind hearts.

Last night I decided to really "work out" with the #1 LL video. I really flexed those muscles tight and hard while doing the tape. Man, oh, Man today my calf muscles and thigh muscles are really telling me they were "worked"! I have a swimming party coming up with brownies and I don't want to be totally mortified in front of people that I actually know!

The day was great here today, so, I took the kids to the park for the afternoon. In an attempt to break out of "e-mail jail"! LOL! I swear, guys, I am a total addict and need help! It is like a soap opera that I just have to tune into and see what everyone is doing! In my defense, my computer is right in the middle of everything and I am NOT just sitting here all day long, I am actually working around the house, teaching the kids, cleaning, etc. When I walk past the computer, which is right in the middle of everything remember, I read a few messages and so on. Today, I just had to get outside and enjoy the day with the kids. I will try to catch you tomorrow in chat or something. It was great chatting with those of you that visited the chat room today.

Aren't you just the lucky little one. You must be very special to others as you are to all of us. But we knew that didn't we. Actually I was lucky enough to be in on your little surprise and I had fun being a part of something special for someone so special. I think that anyone who knows you will know what to give you for gifts in the future. Anything from the Haines Collection will do for you. That is what your little birdie told me. You are so amazing. Here you are trying to juggle so many things but you still take time to do your Life Lift workout. Your dedication will pay off for you in a big way, I am absolutely certain of it! You are going to look glorious at your swimming party. Just imagine in your mind how good you will look. Put yourself in the best bathing suit you can imagine. Feel the sun on your skin and the water on your toes. Think of your thighs, firm, tight and gorgeous. Now see your flat tummy and your tight firm hind end. Don't leave out those sleek hips girl! This is your dream, so don't skimp, give yourself the best body you can imagine. Remember that all reality first begins in your mind.

I know you will be feeling pretty proud of yourself when you reach your goal, and you deserve it!

Yes, there is a chat room for this list. Go to onelist, sign in. On the left side there is a choice of chat. When you get to the chat room on the lower left it will show all the lists you are on and how many people are in each chat room. It only works if someone else is in there at the same time as you. If you are in a chat room all by yourself and see that there are people in the chat rooms of your other lists, if you want to join the chat, double click on that chat list from the box in the lower right side of your screen and it will load you up in that chat room.
