Guest guest
Connie, you're right about the taste! I'd take LP over Udo's any day. I just grin and bear the Udo's in a glass of orange juice or apple juice. At least it's over with quickly! This is from pages 171-172 of Mildred 's Body Reflexology book: " I cannot end this chapter without mentioning the wonderful help women of all ages get from the tonic 'Lydia Pinkham' - a mixture of special herbs. I gave it to my daughters as soon as they started to develop into womanhood and I still have a bottle of Lydia Pinkham on my shelf. I wouldn't think of being without it. I usually have to order it ahead, as it is becoming hard to get and some drugstores won't bother to order it. If I feel the least bit of stress in the area of my lower abdomen, I start taking the tonic - all symptoms of discomfort vanish within a day. You see, it relaxes the reproductive organs that tend to tighten up under stress. It accomplishes from the inside what reflexology does from the outside. The two methods combine and help bring the miracle of harmony and relaxation back to the whole reproductive system. I had a young girl come to me for treatment because she couldn't get pregnant. I treated her for a few times and told her about the Lydia Pinkham tonic. In a very short time, she informed me that she was pregnant and she later gave birth to a perfect baby girl. Lydia Pinkham is the best tonic I know of to carry one through the menopause. This may be of benefit to men also, when they reach the change-of-life age, in relaxing their gonads. I never knew when I went through the menopause because one month it was there and then it was gone forever, with no adverse effects. If you can no longer get Lydia Pinkham, then try your health food store for special mixed herbs to take its place. " [This is me again - I didn't get as much relief as she did, but I could tell it helped. She also does not mention which herbs to take if you cannot find LP. I think I have a discount code on More.com, so I'll post that if I find it, too. Boy, it's good to be back!] Smiles, Darlene

Guest guest
Karma, I just checked out your web page listed at the bottom of your post. Really nice job! I think this is going it be a great help for those who are trying to lose those unwanted pounds, without some crazy starvation diet. I know that you have been a tremendous help in helping me to figure out a good eating plan that would enhanse the Life Lift workout, to maximize my inch loss. As a matter of fact, I am so excited, today, I put on a pair of pants that I had purchased for my Tahoe weekend. They were so loose, that I could take them off without unbuttoning them! Hallelujah! Thanks Life Lift and thanks Karma, for sharing your knowledge on the zone eating plan and helping to make my goals become that much closer to meeting my goal! Sincerely, Tami

God bless, Bonnie **********************************************With God, ALL things are possible.********************************************** I have a tendency to get things and not really use them (I don't know if I'm scared of success or what!), so I'm determining to get out the things I have and start using them. One of these is my reflexology books. Can anybody else relate?Smiles,Darlene

Guest guest
Hello everyone, I have company this weekend, so I am staying off the computer, well except now, I had to sneak in and say hi to all of you. I had to tell you that my Mom made me take Lydia Pinkam when I was young and having those "girl troubles" I just loved seeing the picture of the old add. How fun. It says something that it is still around after all of these years. I miss you and I am thinking of you and hoping you are all having a wonderful weekend.
