Guest guest
Dearest Carol, Woopee doo da, did you make my night. I am sitting here trying to stay focused on the final touches on the newsletter, but coming into mail to read every so often to give myself a break. What a treat I found in your message. I am one happy woman tonight!!!! I worked with a woman who lost 16 and 3/4 inches in 3 months and we thought that was awesome, but this is just totally amazing. Now the best news is that she has maintained that loss for 10 years now and so will you. Well, you can imagine, I am sitting high in my chair feeling like the proud little Mamma. I am just soooooo happy for you. Thank you so much for taking the time to send this message. I have orders from several of my little darlings out there to get some rest, so I was trying to lay low and just work on the newsletter, quietly so I wouldn't get in trouble with them LOL, but I just had to tell you how truly wonderful I think you are. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for this news! A Huge hug to you, Rashelle Be sure to check out all of the great specials available on my web sites. I was really excited because I felt much lighter, and my clothes were fitting better. I fully expected a 5 pound loss. What I got was a 1/2 pound loss, and I was all ready to get really bummed, when I remembered that I had measured the night before I started all these things. So I got out the old tape measure and.......I lost 16 3/4 inches in 10 days!!! Wow was I excited!! I really attribute it to the Life Lift, because I've done the walking before (great for toning my legs) and the Atkins (great for curbing my sugar cravings). But never have I had these kind of results!I've been a lurker, and I only get online a few times a week, but I enjoy so much everyone's messages. You are all so supportive, and I really do get motivated from you all.I just got my Body Wrap and Bust Enhancer yesterday, and started using them last night. You are all right, it does smell heavenly. I don't know who said that it reminded them from something in their past, but that's exactly how I felt! It's almost weighing/measuring day again, and although I don't have the feeling I've lost much this week, I'm feeling great and will continue to do my Life Lift every day! Thanks Rashelle!!!Carol

Guest guest
Someone asked how often I did LL to get my 16 3/4 inch loss in 10 days. I do 40 breaths every day on my way to work in the car. This is before I eat (I eat after I get to work). I don't (obviously!) do any poses. Sometimes I squeeze different muscle groups, but other days I simply do the breaths and tighten my stomach. Occasionally, I'll do a " real " workout in the evening. But mostly not. P.S. I get the daily digest and I don't know how to respond to an individual message. In other words, how can I get the portion of the message I'm responding to to attach to my response? I'm honestly not computer illiterate, but I just can't figure this one out! Thanks!
