These do the opposite since the herbs are rich in vitamin B's. They

are the only thing I have found that actually curb this appetite of

mine. I bought my rubber belt at KMart. Most sporting goods stores

would carry them. I am going to look into finding someone to make us

our own Life Lift belts soon. Won't that be great!
