Guest guest
Michele, Wow, thanks! This is all making great sense to me now. It was sort of what I had in mind, especially since Rashelle writes so often of the importance of the water in allowing a method for the fat to escape through. It is mind boggling to me that a product could be so incredibly effective. But I should have known it would be this way, the quality of all of the Life Lift products is so far superior to anything else I have ever tried. Yes, I'm taking the vitamin E, is this a good thing? I was thinking it was. Let me know what you think. Well, off I go, thanks again and keep breathing! Sincerely, Tami
Guest guest
Hi Tami, I know that when I started these products that I was thirstier too. Then I heard Rashelle saying something about this a few weeks ago and it only makes sense. We are getting rid of more toxins in our bodies so we need to flush them out with the water. I'm sure our bodies are craving more water because of this. Have you started taking Vitamin E along with this? I think this is partly a diuretic because my bathroom visits are many during the day now. It's good for us though!!!!!! I love saying good-bye to those toxins because I feel much better these days. I also do the skin brushing in the morning. I use an all natural bristle brush that I purchased at Bath and Body works. It's less irritating to the skin. I do this in the morning before my workout so I can open my pores and sweat more evenly. I hope this helps. Michhele
