I got up early enough to do my exercise routine .. and I have to say I came to work feeling so good .. and this isn't a normal thing .. I think in part I am still inspired by yesterday ... thank you again Rashelle for your wonderful talk .. and thank you Karma for all your help with my message. Today I am NOT sending out any credit card information in my messages .. sorry ... LOL Anyway, I did my whole Life Lift routine .. and it was a wonderful way to start the morning .. I actually think I am getting better at my " breathing " ... one thing I wanted to ask .. is there a tape out there that just has a straight routine (without all the extra instruction) ..? .. not that I am quite ready for that .. but I think if it's available it would be great to have because of trying to save time. Thanks everyone for the support. I'm trying very hard not to even think of the scales .. because I know I have gained pounds in the last 6 weeks .. but right now I am going to concentrate on inches. Karma .. what is the name of the book that you so highly recommend about eating? By doing my routine this morning .. I feel so good about myself .. and I know that this evening .. if I don't want to do it again .. I already have accomplished my goal this day. Hope you all have a great day! Guest guest Posted March 21, 2000 Report Share Posted March 21, 2000 Congratulations , You have inspired me to work on fitting in LL first thing in the morning...my only problem is that I have to get up sooo early every day that I barely get up in enough time to get ready for work. I always do LL later in the day but I know if I were to fit it in first thing, I would feel so good through my work day! You have inspired me! Thanks! If my schedule change doesn't go through as planned, I may have to depend on all of you to motivate me to get up earlier than usual! I'm working now with an exercise physiologist and a personal trainer. Before beginning the program, I was given an extensive fitness evaluation. Some of the things the EP had me doing were tough...moves I was not used to. Suddenly the idea occurred to me to do some LL breaths and suddenly renewed vitality just kicked in! Guest guest Posted March 21, 2000 Report Share Posted March 21, 2000 Maggie- I love walking in the mornings, but I too am going to start doing LL in the mornings on rainy days, becuase on the mornings that I don't do exercise, I am so much more sluggish and the afternoon just finds me almost falling asleep. It makes all the difference in the world. You are so right about the benefits of getting on it first thing in the morning. I usually stay up too late so when I wake up I NEED my Life Lift to wake my up and get my brain to function.
