Guest guest
To all whom this may concern, It has become obvious that the only reason some are posting to this board, is to challenge the opinion and views of others. When the only time such individuals are heard from is to provoke argument for argument sake only, that is when I must step in. This is a board of non professionals, sharing what they have found to work for them, and not one of us claims to be a scientist or doctor, unless this is his or her true profession. We are a caring community of individuals, whose only concerns are to share what we have found to be true. If something has aided someone in helping to create a higher quality of life, and they would like to share their experiences to help others, then lets just accept it as that, and be grateful for the information. Not medical science, as I'm sure we are all aware. This IS NOT a debate forum, there are places for that, and if that is what is sought, I suggest that such individuals join these types of forums. We are not a monarchy here, and yes, everyone is allowed to post his or her views and opinions, but not with the consistent attitude of demeaning and berating others on this board. We are a safe harbor for individuals to bear their souls, without fear of rebuke. It is my intention to see that it remains just this. This subject is not open to further discussion or argument, period. Unless Karma, the owner of this site, has something further to say, we shall consider the matter closed, on my authority as the moderator. I trust everyone will be of the maturity level as would allow them to handle this problem and behave as adults. Thank you for your cooperation, and remember, our main focus here, is Life Lift, a method of using oxygen to enhance our lives. You are not just giving advice, you are making claims, like sugar kills off good bacteria. If you believe that with no evidence to back it up, and take it as a matter of faith, then fine. But when people try to pass off their faith as scientific fact, I am going to challenge it. J >>
Guest guest
Maggie, Thanks! I like to believe so too. So many times I have worked things out in my dreams--for once I feel hopeful about what I'm doing towards my goal of a healthier me. Guest guest
Good for you Alabama girl!, Caffiene, pop, and sugar are a deadly trio for those of us with Irritable bowel. Those three kill of the good bacteria in the gut and allow yeast (candida) to grow. Good digestive enzymes will help with stuff that's not digesting and help with the gas and it's accompanying symphonies and harmonies!!!(lol). Any way, hope they help. I have just finished my last pop yesterday, I was still having a half can every other day or so. I sitll have coffee, I use about three quarters decaf beans and a quarter regular, and sweeten with Stevia extract. It is a natural sweetner, nutritive, no carbs and excessively sweet. It takes very little. Find it at your local health food store. Hope this helps, my other . Take care, W Life Lift Stories From: mayrhee@... Hi All!Ribs, I can't wait to feel mine again!!!! Congrats to all of you that have found yours.I've been doing the workout 1 tape for a little over a week now. I'm seeing definition in my legs and am beginning to see a difference in my arms. My biceps are becoming defined. I'm also beginning to see a difference in my torso.I decided this time around that I was not going to measure myself before I started. I didn't want to become obsessed with numbers or get upset if there wasn't a dramatic decrease in them. I'm not weighing either. I know my weight is up from the holidays, and I try to avoid the scales.I did have an interesting dream the other night. I don't remember all of the details, but remember that through out my dream I kept hiking up my jeans, they were literally falling off my hips. It finally dawned on me in my dream that I had lost weight!!! Now for the dream to become a reality.Like most of you I've tried several different breathing programs. What makes LL different? I don't know. I like how calm Rashelle is and the peacefulness of the music. I'm tired of searching and searching for that miracle to occur. I've decided that this is it. I've found something I like and I'm going to stick to it.Good luck to all, and welcome to the new members on the list. (the one from Alabama)p.s. to W. Thanks for the advice on Acidophilus. I'm giving it a try. My diet is top heavy in caffeine, sugar and carbonation (I'm a definite pop addict.) This is something I know I need to work on and am planning on making changes. I feel everyone is entitled to their opinions but there are proper ways to handle them. You are right...we should feel safe and comfortable about posting to this list...we are here to support each other...not attack one another. I'm glad you posted...please don't hesitate in the future. As you said, Tami's message should have cleared it up....I think it may be best in the future if we ignore the negativity and just continue to support each other in the warm kind way that you have demonstrated. : ) Maggie

Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I am back after feeding my body some nourishment, now I am coming here to feed my soul. This post from Jill is a very special one and I want very much to say how deeply it touched me. Many years ago I decided that I wanted to create a place where women could come to feel safe, loved and nurtured. I was blessed enough to be able to open my salon and each day I would feel so warmed when people would come there, even if it was only to stand inside for a few minutes just to feel the love and acceptance. I recently closed the doors to my salon so that I could devote more time to all of you, and it was one of the best choices I have ever made. The LifeLift list was created for the same reasons. To give everyone a place to come to feel love, supported, nurtured and safe. I as the owner of Life Lift have tired to maintain a feeling of positive peace and serenity here. There is no reason that I can see for anyone to argue or challenge what anyone has to say. I had heard from others that some other lists had some negative things being said. I will say very clearly that I will do whatever I can to keep this a place where you feel you can give your suggestions, share your feelings and ask for support without feeling threatened. In the future if you see a post that reflects anything other than this, please do not respond. I will ask you all to do what I have learned to do in the past when something feels negative, change the focus to the positive. When you respond to negative energy, you feed it fuel. Let us all take a deep breath, think of how good it feels to stand in the sun light and remember that I love you very much. Don't let anyone or anything remove from you what is rightfully yours, peace, tranquility, and love. Life Lift is a place to come to feel nourished and safe, If any of you think you have seen me shine my light before, watch me now. When I feel I must protect my own, I am more like a mother lion than you can imagine. This is what I teach in the Victory Theory, delete and replace. If you see something that makes you feel uncomfortable. Delete the message, and erase it from your mind. Then replace it with a message of love and encouragement to those who are receptive to the love, you are offering. Guest guest
Bonnie, This makes me smile. Thank you so much. I will gladly accept your wishes for God to bless me. He does in ways that are positively breath taking. All of you are such a big part of my daily blessings. God bless you too! Rashelle
