Dear Rashelle and gang,

I have occasionally posted a message or joined in a discussion as I

was able. I had written Rashelle in the beginning that I didn't have

the tape yet but was just using some of the breathing technique I had

gleaned from her website. I ordered the tape and got it today...by

the way...as an aside I loved the music playing while I was holding

during the phone ordering...all I can say is a big WOW! I am a

natural born skeptic...I could see how the oxygen theory worked and

all that but the TAPE was so much fun...it was like the Rashelle who

writes online is this Rashelle live and in person...well, on my vcr,

anyway.

I have to tell you a really funny thing...I have 2 foreign students

staying with us: a girl, 18 from Taiwan and a boy, 15 from India.

Their eyes absolutely popped out when they saw Rashelle and realised

this was the person I had been yapping about and she is several years

older than I. They said they would much rather me " work " with

Rashelle than Martha you-know-who!!! ( ...and they said you are MUCH

better looking, Rashelle) They also said they like you very much

because you are " real " ...not sure how to explain that...but so

UNcommercial... would come close.

Also I understand why the morning is the best time...I came home from

work to find the tape arrived and I dived right in. Well, I was so

wound up afterward I got the kitchen cleaned and a bunch of paperwork

done and a bunch more cleaning done. Usually I pretty much go

comatose when I get home as I work very long hours. I am hoping to

wind down here so I can sleep!

Sorry I seem to write books when I do post!
