Hi, my name is Starr. This is is the first time I have posted to this list,

although I have been reading for 2 or 3 weeks. I think that LL gives me more

energy. I have 4 kids, so I need all of the extra energy that I can get! What

I want is inch loss, but I'll settle for energy. I have only been doing LL

consistently for about a week and a half. Maybe the inch loss will come soon!

I am keeping my fingers crossed. TTYL. Starr

" When you wish upon a star, makes no difference, who you are, everything your

heart desires, belongs to you! "

Starr,

Hi and welcome to the list! We're glad to have you on board hope you will

feel free to post often. Life Lift is an extrodinary way to increase in

energy, health and mental stability. It is also very wonderful for inch

loss, and it will happen for you soon! You must remember that there many

differant aspects to the health and well being of our bodies. The most

critical areas, will feel the healing first, then, as you become stronger and

your body feels secure in releasing the extra inches, you will notice your

clothes feeling loose and your muscle tone being more evident. Continue to

keep high hopes and believe, doubtlessly, that your body is getting well,

strong and lean. The mind is a very powerful tool, it can be an extrodinary

asset, in creating the kind of body and life that you desire. Every minute

of everyday, when ever you think about your body, picture it lean, strong,

healthy and fit. Before you know it, you will be living in your dream body,

that you have pictured so many times in your brilliant mind!

Keep up the good work and we look forward to hearing more from you soon!

Sincerely

Tami

Thanks Tami! You always give such positive encouragement. Glad to be on the

list with you guys. Everyone here seems so supportive and upbeat! I really

hope that I can lose a few inches. I have been working out at the gym for 7

years and I just need something different to jump start my body into giving

up about 5 or 10 lbs and whittling away a few inches. I really like LL and

hope it will be my answer. Right now my legs are bigger than I like,

specifically my thighs. They are pretty muscular, but I get the bulky kind of

muscle. I really want my muscles to be long instead of bulky. I have done BF

in the past and did feel longer and leaner. I started doing it again in Jan.

but didn't seem to get any results. After reading the BF message board for a

few weeks, I decided to check out LL. That is where I found out about it and

from there started receiving e-mails. From what I have been reading, I figure

it may take a while to lose inches, since I don't have a lot to lose. I

really like LL and the support from you guys and Rashelle. You are all very

dedicated and also very inspiring!!! I can tell that you all are a very

special group. Your story is also very inspiring. I am glad to be here with

all of you and will post as often as I can. By the way, I am 5ft. 9in. tall

and around 145. My goal is 138. But by biggest goal is 21 inch thighs (am I

" goaling " correctly?lol) Anyway thanks bunches for the welcome and I'll talk

to you later. Starr

Star,

You know what has really helped me keep my muscles long and lean as oppossed

to bulky, is to do a few reps of good stretches, through out the day. Really

stretching out those muscles, especially after they have been worked, will

help get you that lean look that you're striving for. Any kind of stretches

that you can really feel in the thigh area, as well as, the calves, should do

the trick.

Once again, glad to have you and especially glad that you found out about

Life Lift! I think you will find the program to be simply awesome.

Sincerely,

Tami

Hi Starr,

I am sending you this affirmation today. Say this over and over.

Oh how I love my 21 inch thighs. They are so beautiful, smooth, long lean and firm. I love my healthy body so much and I do deserve it!

Spend some time each day imagining in your mind what you will wear and how you will look. See how people will react and feel the sensations that will come with your beautiful 21 inch thighs.

I am sending you my thoughts too, imagining how happy you will be when you write to tell me that you have reached your goal. Yippee, I will be ready and waiting because I know it will be TRUE!

Take care,

Rashelle

Thanks Tami, I will try the stretches. I will try anything. I think I am a

little bulkier than usual because I have been trying out the T-Tapp workout.

It is suppose to be fat burning, but I have found it to be muscle building. I

think my body is just wacky!!LOL. I e-mailed and she gave me some

suggestions, but I think it's working against my goals. Anyway, stretching

seems to be a great idea, that is why I am going to stick with LL. Thanks and

have a great day!!!

Thanks Maggie. I love reading everyone's posts. I know some of you are

talking about Rick Springfield. A radio station here is hosting a " second

chance prom " and guess who is gonna be there? You got it--- Rick Springfield.

I think that is so cool. Talk to you all later. Starr
