I would start with bathing in Borax and Arm and Hammer and if they are mites on the outside or the body, this seems to start to kill them, while dealing with the environmental infestation too. They go internal so start taking MSM and start to alkalinize your internal system by improving your diet, eliminating sugars, anything artificial, getting your internal system in tip top shape. MMS also is an option if you have little money and that should be used in a bath too, 40 activated drops in a tub of water and soak whole body, head, etc. This should be done daily. Start taking MMS one drop at a time, activated, 3x/day and increasing dose each day by one drop. This starts to kill fungus and other microbes in the body.

Get diatomaceous earth and spread it wherever you can because they don't seem to move well in DE and it may kill them. We had less movement with DE. On clothing, do you have a steam iron and ironing board? Iron your clothing during this time. I was a proponent of purchasing a steam press (like used in dry cleaners, only much smaller)... we purchased one and I steamed everything for a year, even small towels. It helps more than you can imagine. If these are birdmites, they hide during the day and come out mainly at night. They are microscopic, but try to get an ID if possible. I believe they are birdmites from the description.

Hi , I am living in Germany, but my boyfriend actually is from the north of the UK;-)

Your feet seem to be the mites' hot spot. Mine were mainly interested in the inside of my thighs.

I used to have round about 50 bites on each site in the first year and still have some scars... what a lovely souvenir ;-)

2 questions for you> Are your mites trying to get in your ears, eyes, mouth and elsewhere?

Do you get bitten in the shower or bathtub as well ?

Hi Christene

I remeber when had it on my eyes bad & on the brows. One day after 3 years of

it I put betadine $17.00 at all pharmacies ( providone iodine s its generic

name ) I put it on my brow with the eyes closed & left it like the directions

used to say for 5-10 mins , then rinse well , it killed them dead in one

application . I was so happy , it killed even the one burrowing into my cornea.

I guess betadine soaks into thin skinned areas . I repeated also the next time I

picked up some from the environment . I kileed them ahain , I was free for

months & it was painless , it stings like soap if it gets into the eye , but I

never get it in the eye ball cause iodine is not good in the eyeball.

It also has the same effect on privates , same procedure & no pain , I wet

first the apply 1/2 teasp..

For the nose 1 teasp borax in a cup of warm water & them finger it up the nose

for 10-15 mins killed them there for me . Another poster said gargaling with

listerine gold kills them in the throat .

For the terrible terrible itch on the thighs I used to have for years.

then a poster posted this borax/peroxide/water mix & it stops the itch in 3

mins & clears up skin in a week or 2 , especially if I took Arm & Hammer

Powdered Laundry Detergent baths 1 cup per bath , it to helps eyes to says SKF

the poster who posted the a & h soap baths 2.5 years ago or so . Ge oped here eyes

under water , it is painless I have done it many time .

The borax/peroxide/water mix for the skins is this:

http://www.earthclinic.com/Pets/dog_mange_cure.html

The mix:

2 tblspns borax (20 mule team Borax laundry booster

16 oz peroxide (3%)

32 oz water.

mix it , and the borax nuetralizes the peroxide, it is painless & the is no fizz

or bruning from this mix & it is cheap

For ears it works too ,after 1 week , if not , antibiotic drops from the quick

clinic cures all ear infection bugs $36.00 . My ears were the worse, I had to go

to the Dr. 3-4 times in 4 years for the drops .@t had been 2 years now since I

felt them there at all . If I even deel a nible I use the borax/peroxide/water

mix with in 1 second , I keep a small hand sanitizer bottle of it in my pocket &

a shampoo bottle of it in the car , desk ,truck , bathroom , bed , kitchen etc ,

oh brother what a life ... ! .

But It kill anything & cures lesions .

One poster didn't get results from it named rita* , she used bezyol peroxide &

it cured her imediataly .

God bless you ,

Bill

*ps here is an old post form Rita , she had it very very bad for 5 years ,

pierciers , lesions etc..

OLD POST REPASTED HERE:

Hi Elissa

I saw your stress and procedures , I had the same thing . I can feel for you .

It is bad.

Pray very gard to God He is wonderful & a very present help in times of

trouble. ..

Here is what one poster named Rita found helped her quickly

Benzyl peroxide : buy from

http://www.danielkern.com/category-s/22.htm

She used it on her skin & it worked fast , here a couple of her posts re-

pasted here

By the way Elissa

soaking will remove bugs out of the skin ., it takes time though Powdered

Laundry Detergent 1 cup per bath tub & soak for 30 mins works wonders , it is

painless & kills all the bug , . Seems the benzol peroxide worked fast for Rita

, Rita now uses coconut oil, I use it too I put 2 tbls in the bathtub of water

then dip in & under for 5-10 mins . Since I used coconut oil in the bathwater

it has been almost 2 years since I felt crawling. Praise God ! ( Borax 1 gup per

3 gallons of water on a towell applied for 30 mins 2 time per day will draw out

& kill anything ,eventually . The face can only stan 1.5 tbls per gallon of

water on a cloth, the face is to sensitive for any more of a concentration of

borax .

OK here are:

Rita,

I just ordered som more of the BP, I had a doctors appointment this am, and

also it is raining--so far I have felt really good with it on, I hope it

stays--oh god please let it!! Oh, and mine is lotion--do they make a gel??

Re: I'm clear..? Well.. for a few days

Hi ....... ..I have tried many products on my skin over that last...well

going on 4 years now. The very best product that we have used is the Benzoyl

Peroxide. This gel has workedso very fast, clearedour skin within days and has

left me dumb founded. I have wished for so long now that I had known about this

gel when I first came in contact with this skin mess.. I'm afraid to report that

the Boric Acid and the BP doesn't seem to work as fast for people who are seeing

those little " flying " things around them and in their home. I have never seen

anything flying so as with everything, give it a try for a few months and if you

notice that the things are getting fewer and fewer in numbers than you might be

on the right track. Trial and error seems to be the norm with this and I hope

and pray that you will see eradication like we have. The BP will make your skin

worse off in the first few weeks. It's hard to get

through those weeks because of the flaking. We had to use Vaseline to go out in

public but just like the site says in the videos our skin stopped flaking after

a couple of weeks and looks totally clear and smooth. Every where I had the

" things " on my skin the flaking was extremely bad. Seemed the kill was instant

with the BP. I hope you see success with these new treatments. Keep in touch and

I will do the same. Wishing to loads and loads of luck. Rita

2ND RE-PASTED POST FROM RITA

Re: Benzoyl Peroxide seems to kill mites on the skin

From: buggeredbymites

The rational makes sense: Open the pores, then blast the buggers out with a

deadly dessicant like BP. this is similar to the principal of sulfur combined

with oils which drive them out for air, where they then meet their demise via

the hands of an effective drying agent. I like the speedy, one-two punch

approach these topicals afford. No point in dragging this crap out any longer

than necessary.

I'm afraid to report that the Boric Acid and the BP doesn't seem to work as fast for people who are seeing those little "flying" things around them and in their home. I have never seen anything flying so as with everything, give it a try for a few months and if you notice that the things are getting fewer and fewer in numbers than you might be on the right track. Trial and error seems to be the norm with this and I hope and pray that you will see eradication like we have. The BP will make your skin worse off in the first few weeks. It's hard to get

We had to use Vaseline to go out in public but just like the site says in the videos our skin stopped flaking after a couple of weeks and looks totally clear and smooth. We had to use Vaseline to go out in public but just like the site says in the videos our skin stopped flaking after a couple of weeks and looks totally clear and smooth. Every where I had the "things" on my skin the flaking was extremely bad. Seemed the kill was instant with the BP. I hope you see success with these new treatments. Can you get a steam iron and ironing board cheaply somewhere ? I think the steam cleaner (not exactly sure what that is) may not be hot enough. I have one of those hand held steam things you use on drapes and clothing, but frankly I think it is harder to use than an iron. For me it was most inefficient. My first ironing board became contaminated and I tossed it, so bought a 2nd one later, but we have some cheapo stores here in the states, but don't know if you do. Walmart is a cheapo store here... don't need to buy an expensive iron, just one that steams and gets lot enough to iron linen. If you get one, and you need to buy clothing I focused on buying cheap stuff from Walmart made of nylon, not cotton. When ironing nylon or polyesther I put an old piece of cotton over the top of it so that the article of clothing didn't melt. This really does make your clothing safe.Do you work a job? Or retired? bought a 2nd one later, but we have some cheapo stores here in the states, but

don't know if you do. Walmart is a cheapo store here... don't need to buy an

expensive iron, just one that steams and gets lot enough to iron linen. If you

get one, and you need to buy clothing I focused on buying cheap stuff from

Walmart made of nylon, not cotton. When ironing nylon or polyesther I put an old

piece of cotton over the top of it so that the article of clothing didn't melt.

This really does make your clothing safe.

Can you get plastic boxes and put some of those things away for a year or two? Start treating internally, as well as externally. Later you can put out ornaments. Hi I totally agree with where the steam iron is good - I use it for all my clothes, even knickers and bras, socks, coats everything - and it is great knowing that you are killing loads of the little *8!%**!'s :0))) Try, if you can, to get hold of some sulphur soap - it works - I have found it to be the best of the skin treatments I have tried. It helps me sleep better due to not itching.Vicks vapour rub is great for calming itching (not the more sensitive areas though, I've tried that before!)Kaz x From: "Goldstein@..." <Goldstein@...> bird mites Sent: Wednesday, December 7, 2011 7:45 PM Subject: Re: Re: overwhelmed and terribly depressed

Think it very kind that u stay on here to help people wi ur experience as it is

quite mind boggling isnt it!

Is it safe to store plastic boxes with things that could be vulnerable in the

same flat,the new one?

Yes,you are correct about the spirit i must pray n ask for guidance much more.

Where are bills scriptures?

I like when bill says god bless

Really like to think god is blessing me and all of us.

Especially when things get too much n quite scarey!

Start treating internally, as well as externally. Later you can put out

ornaments. My house was very bare for quite some time.

When you have moved in the past did you transport those?  I'm thinking that if

you sprayed them over and over again with Windex (do you have that?) they would

be okay to bring.  Some say wood can be infested, so you should be warned about

that, that mites can hide in any crevice, but I sprayed wood with ammonia water

or Windex and wiped down with paper towels, etc.  You know it is best to spray

at night when they are active, right?  For some of us it was not possible to

toss everything, but as much as you can, especially if it feels infested and

anything with textile or fabric for sure is NOT safe in my thinking.  I kept the

following:  stereo cabinet, TV, stereo components, dressers (2), table upstairs,

two bookcases full of books, pictures off walls, personal items like closet full

of sewing things, all the things I had in plastic boxes that I rarely use, I've

> found they generally do not go into places where you don't go... even my

closet with extra bedding was safe.  I stored many things in plastic boxes

outside in our outside storage closet for 2 years and I got no bites or

sensations from any of that.  I kept lamps, desk in office, filing cabinet with

all papers.  I kept computer, printer, etc., but those have been changed now to

new of all.  I had to purchase new sofa, two recliners for us old folks ;), new

bed, but that was a few years later.  We inherited things from my father-in-law

that passed recently too.

Fibromyalgia, diabetes, etc.  Very poor health in general, along with Lyme and

coinfections.  But I'm lookin' these days at it this way:  it is a miracle that

I am still alive actually and I believe there is purpose in life, so I'm trying

to make the most of what I have left.  I'm trying to see the cup half full

instead of half empty. This is not to say that there is not a grieving

process here... there is but if you get too depressed, do seek help from the

outside.  But I feel it helps to do inner work too.  I do some meditation and

prayer and that helps me.  Bill's scriptures have helped me.  He is spiritually

a big difference.  It does for me.  We still do quite a bit of travel off and

on, go to social functions, spend time with friends and family.  But I am 3-1/2

years post birdmite infestation.  I am of the general opinion that they

attracted to fungal, lowered immune system and so you have to try to correct

that.  Aandraya has talked about that so often and that seems to be the key for

me too.  I have a long ways to go on that front.  Not everyone needs to do this,

but many of us to.  I remember long ago reading on birdmites.org that families

with a sick person in the family had the hardest time getting rid of mites and I

sure understand that now.  One family had a son who had an immune system

problem.  All the family members lost their attraction for the mites, except the

one son who

bought a 2nd one later, but we have some cheapo stores here in the states, but

don't know if you do.

Some people have slept on air beds for some time. I know Bill did and so did we for about a year. Some day there must be books written on all of our experiences. I know that Kajay has put together quite a lot of information. Bill includes scripture with his email here. So at the end there is usually something there. If you have kept any of his posts, check it out. If the plastic boxes are air tight, it probably is safe, but if not air tight, it would be best to keep them somewhere outside of the apartment. You can also get huge plastic sealable bags which is what I used too. It is also possible to put duct tape around a seal if you think you won't be opening the plastic box for a long time. From: "christine french" <karmakatmeow@...>bird mites Sent: Wednesday, December 7, 2011 3:07:10 PMSubject: Re: Re: overwhelmed and terribly depressedThank you lindaI apreciate all that advice!:-)Will look into steam press but need money esential like bed justnowSorry ur health not great either though im so glad u not got mites now!Think it very kind that u stay on here to help people wi ur experience as it is quite mind boggling isnt it!Is it safe to store plastic boxes with things that could be vulnerable in the same flat, the new one?Yes,you are correct about the spirit i must pray n ask for guidance much more.Where are bills scriptures?I like when bill says god blessReally like to think god is blessing me and all of us.Especially when things get too much n quite scarey!Im hopin a friend will help me move!!COn Wed, Dec 7, 2011 19:47 GMT Goldstein@... wrote:>Can you get plastic boxes and put some of those things away for a year or two? Bill,Can you send some scriptures? Thanks. From: " Doe" <doe1769@...>bird mites Sent: Tuesday, December 6, 2011 8:15:58 PMSubject: Re: Re: overwhelmed and terribly depressedHi Christene I remeber when had it on my eyes bad & on the brows. One day after 3 years of it I put betadine $17.00 at all pharmacies ( providone iodine s its generic name ) I put it on my brow with the eyes closed & left it like the directions used to say for 5-10 mins , then rinse well , it killed them dead in one application . I was so happy , it killed even the one burrowing into my cornea. I guess betadine soaks into thin skinned areas . I repeated also the next time I picked up some from the environment . I kileed them ahain , I was free for months & it was painless , it stings like soap if it gets into the eye , but I never get it in the eye ball cause iodine is not good in the eyeball. It also has the same effect on privates , same procedure & no pain , I wet first the apply 1/2 teasp.. For the nose 1 teasp borax in a cup of warm water & them finger it up the nose for 10-15 mins killed them there for me . Another poster said gargaling with listerine gold kills them in the throat . For the terrible terrible itch on the thighs I used to have for years. then a poster posted this borax/peroxide/water mix & it stops the itch in 3 mins & clears up skin in a week or 2 , especially if I took Arm & Hammer Powdered Laundry Detergent baths 1 cup per bath , it to helps eyes to says SKF the poster who posted the a & h soap baths 2.5 years ago or so . Ge oped here eyes under water , it is painless I have done it many time . The borax/peroxide/water mix for the skins is this: http://www.earthclinic.com/Pets/dog_mange_cure.htmlThe mix: 2 tblspns borax (20 mule team Borax laundry booster16 oz peroxide (3%) 32 oz water.mix it , and the borax nuetralizes the peroxide, it is painless & the is no fizz or bruning from this mix & it is cheap For ears it works too ,after 1 week , if not , antibiotic drops from the quick clinic cures all ear infection bugs $36.00 . My ears were the worse, I had to go to the Dr. 3-4 times in 4 years for the drops .@t had been 2 years now since I felt them there at all . If I even deel a nible I use the borax/peroxide/water mix with in 1 second , I keep a small hand sanitizer bottle of it in my pocket & a shampoo bottle of it in the car , desk ,truck , bathroom , bed , kitchen etc , oh brother what a life ... ! . But It kill anything & cures lesions . One poster didn't get results from it named rita* , she used bezyol peroxide & it cured her imediataly . God bless you , Bill *ps here is an old post form Rita , she had it very very bad for 5 years , pierciers , lesions etc.. OLD POST REPASTED HERE: Hi Elissa I saw your stress and procedures , I had the same thing . I can feel for you . It is bad. Pray very gard to God He is wonderful & a very present help in times of trouble. .. Here is what one poster named Rita found helped her quickly Benzyl peroxide : buy from http://www.danielkern.com/category-s/22.htm She used it on her skin & it worked fast , here a couple of her posts re- pasted here By the way Elissa soaking will remove bugs out of the skin ., it takes time though Powdered Laundry Detergent 1 cup per bath tub & soak for 30 mins works wonders , it is painless & kills all the bug , . Seems the benzol peroxide worked fast for Rita , Rita now uses coconut oil, I use it too I put 2 tbls in the bathtub of water then dip in & under for 5-10 mins . Since I used coconut oil in the bathwater it has been almost 2 years since I felt crawling. Praise God ! ( Borax 1 gup per 3 gallons of water on a towell applied for 30 mins 2 time per day will draw out & kill anything ,eventually . The face can only stan 1.5 tbls per gallon of water on a cloth, the face is to sensitive for any more of a concentration of borax . Well.. for a few days Hi ....... ..I have tried many products on my skin over that last...well going on 4 years now. The very best product that we have used is the Benzoyl Peroxide. This gel has workedso very fast, clearedour skin within days and has left me dumb founded. I have wished for so long now that I had known about this gel when I first came in contact with this skin mess.. It's hard to get through those weeks because of the flaking. Keep in touch and I will do the same. Wishing to loads and loads of luck. This really does make your clothing safe. >>>Do you work a job? Oh kajay

Must cost a fortune to tumble dry four hours!!

Is ur problem mites?

How long u lived with it?

Is it better?

Hope so

Because this realy is distressing in so many levels the extreme things we have

to do to protect ourselves!:-(

Our cleaner uses the scent free chemicals and they kill everything.

sanity level! I did the same kind of calculation when I was considering buying

and bowls vs washing real dishes in the dishwasher. The easier solution in each

case proved also to be the cheapest when I calculated all direct and indirect

costs. In each case, needless to say, I was grateful at the outcome!
