Guest guest
That's good to hear. Itraconazole is marketed as an antifungal, but it's active against Lyme spirochetes and quite possibly other bacteria as well, 2 bangs for the buck. A month ago I switched to Voriconazole, another antifungal that also kills Lyme. (this according to Dr. Klinghardt, a leading Lyme doctor who also says you cannot have chronic Lyme without a preexisting injury to mold) So far so good, can't say if it's better than the Itraconazole, but I'll keep the group posted. By the way, I believe it was a mold infestation that triggered and made active an already present Lyme infection in my body. This seems to be the case with many Lyme cases.AandrayaOn Sep 28, 2011, at 6:51 PM, Marilyn Bentley wrote: i have gotten better on that drug too From: Aggi <aggi_assmann@...>Subject: Re: No luck so far....bird mites Date: Wednesday, September 28, 2011, 3:04 PM Same here Aandraya, my boyfriend had a few bites, that was it. No-one else around me ever faced any problems, whereas my life was living hell. I fully support now what you keep telling us, to fight the internal issues first and foremost.
