Guest guest Posted September 7, 2011 Report Share Posted September 7, 2011 Most of you have probably read information like this about Morgellons, BUT, if you follow all the links to other sites that are within this site, there is a wealth of information there. I've been reading it on my iPod Touch for hours in bed this morning. IF I decided to do heavy treatment again I am not going the medication route, but will follow the Chinese Traditional Medicine route. I know Aandraya has talked about it, and using Allicin, which is one of the recommended products. I have one of the books published by Dr. Zhang too several years ago, so will review that, but there is lots of new info out. My LLD was complimentary and let me choose how many medicines I wanted to do as opposed to doing a purely natural route to treat. I do have some of the products already - and have teasel as well, which does seem to really help. They claim that it brings the Lyme out of the cells where it hides. My LLD has been supportive of any direction I decided I wanted to go.The Doxy took too much out of me... and all the other antibiotics over the last 3 years, antiparasitics, antifungals. So I feel I need to try some things that are helping to build my immune system up too and vitamins alone don't do it, nor do antibiotics. Where I think I need to work is at the level of immune system and to try to beat the biofilm. There is good information about research now being done with biofilm. Apparently there is some thought that the Lyme Disease spirochetes work with heavy metals to build their fortress of defense and it is difficult for some Lyme sufferers to tell the difference in symptoms between mercury poisoning and LD, many of the symptoms overlap. Talk about complicated... I had all my amalgams removed back in the 80's, but there is mercury left in the cells, as there is with any other heavy metal you have been exposed to. I didn't want to do the expensive chelation, but there are other products (some I've tried and still have) that work at chelation. I tried to go the zapper route, but have too many metals (mostly lead) to do that protocol... the metals pass right into the blood brain barrier for me and I lose my sleep when I do the zapping.but if you are interested, read on.
