Unvax 4 yr old constant fevers!

So my son is 4 1/2 unvax and in preschool. He's had a few colds this past year,

but since Nov, every 2 weeks he's developed a low grade fever which only last a

day or two and doesn't really lead into anything else - sometimes a light cough

and a little congestion. Two weeks ago was his last fever and he just woke up

with fever again this am......is this " normal " or should I be worried? Could it

be a relapse which his body has been trying to fight off since Nov or are these

new little viruses? I was thinking that his immune system must be strong since

he really only has the fever a day and then he naturally fights off what ever

he's caught, but now I'm beginning to wonder? Should I take him to the ped so

they can at least check his throat and ears?
