Update - request for legal support

Update - we are still checking out the legality of what the government has done and it appears that the requirement for conscientious objection may be in contravention of a section of the Australian Constitution. We might have an opportunity to overturn the Childcare Payments Act and remove the requirement for conscientious objection as well as the government's ability to link adherence with vaccination policies to government financial entitlements. If anyone reading this has access to a Barrister or QC who is an expert on constitutional law, we are looking at getting together a legal team to examine the possibility of a High Court challenge.
