what if waver gets denied - NY

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for your help and support when I posted that our school wants to 'meet'

with us to discuss our exemption. We still have not met and Krasner is

helping us out.

The one answer to my question that I can't find is... What happens to my son

if the principal does deny the waver? Can he stay in school while we appeal?

How long do we have to file that appeal? Who would we appeal to next? The

school board? What if the board denies the exemption/appeal? Who do we appeal

to next? Can my son still stay in school?

Questions like that. Any one know the answers or where I can find them?
