dog got parovirus, under 1 year old

anyone know of any natural remedies to help a dog get over parovirus...

I took them to the hospital because they were not eating, and they say,

" we are giving them antibiotics " but the antibiotics don't work....

poor dogs, are feeling horribly sick! :(
