My pediatrician is Dr. (Rt 100/Executive Parkway area in

Columbia). His number is 410-992-0510. My first had several vaccines (but

not all), my second is only partially vaccinated (I think until 6mo) and my

third (age 3) isn't vaxed all. They have also been very non-pushy about

antibiotics. Two of mine came in with what they thought were ear infections

and said we could take antibiotics or wait, that there was no real way to

know if it was a bacterial infection without culturing it and that would

take awhile.

I take my baby to Dr. Aruna Khurana in Columbia, MD (410-997-8200). She's been caring for her since birth and she is absolutely wonderful! She's ok with delayed vaccinations, alternative schedules, or no vaccines at all. She is very good with educating you on children’s health and she is NOT judgmental on whatever decision you choose as far as a vaccine schedule for your children. And she doesn't push meds 1st chance she gets. Your brother and his wife will feel very comfortable in her office. She also allowed my husband and me to interview her before my baby was born, I wanted to ensure it was going to be a good fit. She spent about 20-30 min with us and there was no consultation fee. She's pretty good, no complaints, although she doesn't practice alternative medicine.
