End of Winter is almost certain that you need Vit.D3. It is easy to find at most

stores and take 1 or 2 or 3 per day and see how you feel after a week. If you

want to go to the doc, have him/her run your Vit.D3 levels and they are probably

very low. Causes the blues. Very easy to correct and will lift your spirits.

Hope that helps mama.

For Gorse, if you want to use Gorse, then I suggest getting Bach Flower Remedies

Gorse. It is more of a homeopathic solution of Gorse and totally does help. You

use 4 drops in a glass of water and then sip the water throughout the day. Use

up the bottle, takes about a month.

Thyroid should be adjusted based on symptoms, not on numbers. Every body is

different. Especially for " borderline " numbers, ask for the doc to adjust based

on symptoms. And what are the TSH levels b/c bad levels will make you feel blue

just right there. But the Vit.D3 is a probable anyway. I'd find out about all 3

things if it was me. :)

birth I think). Unfortunately I don't have a naturopath or homeopath around, and

the doctor in my town would probably give me some anti-depressive.

made of some herbs/plants. One of the plants that go into the medicine is gorse.

I looked into it to buy and discovered that in USA it is forbid to buy or sell

gorse seeds due to the fact that they are hard to control. I also read that

there are tons of it in MA and VA.

could swear my thyroid is out of wacko again (as my skin is completely dry, I

have gained weight when appetite or lifestyle hasn't changed, and my hair is

getting thin and falling).... BUT we did do a blood test which showed a

" borderline result " so MD does not think we need to increase or address.
