Bobbett,

We are born sovereign. The gov't can't give us rights because we are born with them. We need to learn them, live by them and stand on them.

I have some friends who are into Sovereignty (they've studied it for years and know how to use it and preserve their rights), and they have some sort of placard on their front lawn that quotes some type of law or something from the Declaration of Independence or Bill of Rights (something along those lines), and once police see it, they will NOT step on their property.Case in point: a few years ago their house alarm went off and the only one home didn't know the code to turn it off. Police arrived. First few officers on the scene simply stood there on the public sidewalk,

read the sign, and would NOT go onto their property. They asked the woman inside to please come outside, but the police would NOT step foot on my friend's property.> Just an interesting note, fwiw,Bobbett> > > > ________________________________> From: Sheri Nakken <vaccinedangers@...>> Sent: Fri, January 21, 2011 12:38:01 PM> Subject: CPS and you, Most people have no idea their rights> > > CPS (Child Protective Services in the US) and you, Most people have no idea > their rights> >

Hi,

Do you know what the placard said? Very curious.

How do we learn more about our rights. Any good book to recommend?

Thanx,

Being home schooled, we have learned from others about what overzealous CPS reps

try to do when they have no grounds. If the police or CPS comes to your door,

they have no right to enter your house unless they have a signed warrant.

Otherwise, you can exercise your 4th amendment rights and tell them, " No. " Some

people have had CPS show up at their door from an anonymous tip (often turns out

to be a disgruntled relative) about lack of care going on in the home. Often

the family is eager to show that nothing is wrong and to show how well they are

schooling their children. But it is not usually a good idea to allow

entrance--CPS has been known to find any little thing wrong (lack of attendance

charts, etc.) and make a fuss. It's best not to let them enter. You can parade

your children in front of them if they need to see that they are healthy and

well-carred for.

Correy,

You start off by studying the Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights. Again, the same rights that we have when it comes to police are the when it comes to any gov't agent. That includes CPS, the police and the public school system etc.

Our legal system derives from common law and common law is common sense. Not you, but we all need to use common sense. We have to think for ourselves.
