Guest guest
It's amazing how gluten affects people isnt it? NOT just dark circles, but for me & my youngest child- our skin looks good ( no exzema, for me my acne is almost gone), no GI issues, Im a BIG Witch with a capital B if I get it, PMS issues are affected by it & I've recently learned for some with MS, fibro, arthrsis & diabetes are feeling better by going gF. Who knew! CARLENA RE : undereye circles
My 6 yo son has circles under his eyes and my pediatrician told me to take Gluten out if his diet. Within 2 weeks the circles under his eyes started to fade!! He is now 100%
Gluten free and we as a family are about 80% Gluten free!
I would seriously consider doing a GF diet for a few months!

Kim
Sent from on Android

Guest guest
Do you have any resources for how to do this? It seems so overwhelming! What do you eat? How do you afford it also? Seems like everything gluten free is super expensive. Glad you are getting good results! Guest guest
It's really not that hard. It means more cooking from scratch, watch your vitamins/ meds. For hidden gluten, personal care products as well contain gluten. BACK to the foods cook more like a generation or 2 ago: protein, fruits/veggies & a starch (potato/rice/corn). Then as you get more adventerous trying the different flours. PLUS Walmart is starting to carry more GF products that arent too expensive comared to regular grocery stores (ie: Hamburger Helper has 3 GF ones for 1.50, Brown rice noodles for around 1.99). IF you have a Trader joes they carry alot of GF foods. THERE are great resources onliine & offline when going GF. CARLENA Re: RE : undereye circles Do you have any resources for how to do this? Guest guest
Thanks! We don't eat a lot of processed foods...but we eat eggs with toast for breakfast, sandwiches at lunch, pasta, etc. I usually try to limit the slices of bread each day, but I guess if you are sensitive to it, then any amount is going to bother you. I think dinners would be easy to start with. It's the breakfast and lunch I would have a hard time with! We'll see if I can get it together and do this in the new year.
