Video on giving the polio vaccine, people supposedly begging for it, all the while they are talking about boiling the water and the poor, sanitary conditions--shocking, even. Do they really think a polio vaccine is going to make the water cleaner??

Anyway, the narrator's favorite picture is of the baby getting its face squeezed while being vaccinated because it makes it look like he/she is smiling. What??
