Question on finding practitioners

Hello everyone. I am new to the group. I live in NYC and am 6 months pregnant with my first child. We are most likely not going to vaccinate him, or at least be very selective about it. I need some guidance in finding a pediatrician that will not give me a hard time about this, refuse to see him, etc. It does not have to be a traditional pediatrician...I'm more interested in a holistic-type of pediatrician but I'm not sure where to start. Any guidance would be appreciated.
