I would just make sure they get a lot of fluids (no dairy) and keep a vaporizer going. Also, fresh air to get a break from the heated, inside air. If you really feel they are truly sick, though, you could try Pulsatilla, but there are others. Do you have a good book on homeopathy?

Winnie, I DON'T have a good book on homeopathy. Is there one you recommend?
