Guest guest
In the midst of all the reading I'm doing about Vaccinations I find the " people in the middle " the most confusing - Dr. Sears, Dr. Gordon, and parents who space vaccines out, delay them, give one at a time etc. It seems like these people are at least good for getting ideas out to the public because their views are less " extreme " but if they are saying that more research needs to be done, how can parents give their children vaccines anyways? It seems like there is no right answer or end to this debate, although people on opposite ends of the spectrum obviously have made up their minds. I myself am leaning more and more towards not giving my children any more vaccines... but is this just because I am " lucky " or " privileged " ? It seems there are Doctors questioning vaccines, but the ones in the middle are still saying that vaccines have " rid " us of diseases - I don't understand this position after seeing the graphs showing how the incidence of many of these diseases was already declining before vaccines for them were introduced. Not only that, they continued to go down at the same rate (slope of line) after the vaccines showing they didn't impact incidence (in my mind). How is this not obvious? Am I missing something? in DC
