cold, cough, congestion, runny nose and poopies in a 17.5 month old

hello,my son is 17.5 months old and has a cough, runny nose, congestion and the poopies. Im at a loss on, what to give him, Ive been doing homepathic cough and cold from hyland. its not working. my last resort is going to his pedi, which Im trying to avert from. keep it as natural as possible. any tips/help wold be great
