green card and vaccinations

I have a friend from western europe who needs to renew her green card (or get one I think) and while her husband is well employed, they need to be "up to date". She has since decided that she will no longer vaccinate her family and I am trying to guide her in the right direction. Any iformation is well appreciated. Thank you.
