Guest guest
Hi all, I have been doing a lot of research into Emu oil, I just found out that the largest Emu farms are in Castlemaine Australia. Around a 70 Mile drive from where I live. I have been in contact with Baramul Tech that have a farm in Castlemaine. They have had some interesting things to say about the product. It seems that not all Oils are the same, some oil does not contain a beneficial component. They tell me it is from inbreeding. The Emu is a Native bird of Australia and the Overseas farms are suffering severe inbreeding due to the Australian government putting a ban on the Export of Live birds and their eggs. This Baramul company export nearly 90% of their Oil so it may be a good idea to check where your Emu Oil is from. Oh by the way there are different grades of Oil, I am using an upper market Cosmetic grade B Oil and It is wonderful to use. Massaging into your scalp gets rid of itching and rubbing it on your skin has a feel similar to DiMethicone but the Emu oil penetrates and makes your skin feel soft and smooth. -- In , " micandlebunkin " <micandlebunkin@...> wrote: > > Emu oil is an animal oil so could maybe have been an animal allergies. > Shea is made from nuts so may not be best for nut allergies. > Sometimes we forget that others have allergies. Guest guest
Hi This is the one i use for my son excema;- http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/100-Pure-Australian-Emu-Oil-TWIN-PACK-Fast-FREE-P-P_W0QQitemZ150428630977QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Health_Beauty_Natural_AlternativeTherapies?hash=item23063ebfc1 The two bottles last a long time, i also use shea butter aswell. I really feel that with my son his yeast infection and salicylate food issues were not helping the excema. His excema has now improved loads and he is left with very dry skin, which the emu oil and shea butter help with. Guest guest
Hi, I see that you have aquired a skin condition from vaccines. is it eczema? my kids have this as well. does emu oil treat this? Thx, April > > > > Does anyone know where to buy pure Emu oil that is not cut with anything? > > Thanks, > > ~ > > >
Guest guest
I actually have lichen planus. Very rare, very nasty. The emu oil helps to keep it moist (dryness is an issue) and seems to help with itching as well. Doesn't cure anything, but helps reduce some of the symptoms while I am seeking homeopathic treatment.
