Guest guest
I use a steam distiller and love it. It's just a counter-top one gallon at a time model made by WaterWise. Takes about 3-4 hours to do a gallon. I keep glass jugs to store the water in - one in the fridge and two or three in the pantry ready to use. I had a friend with an RO unit and she griped that the replacement filters for it were expensive and needed constant replacement - she got a distiller - different brand than mine - and loves it. > > Sheri.. We just moved to a town that has fluorinated water. I'm getting mixed advice on water filters. Someone said reverse osmosis is the only way but there are all these other filters for sale that say they do a very good job.
