Guest guest Posted May 7, 2010 Report Share Posted May 7, 2010 I have an IEP meeting on Thursday for my daughter's enrollment to kindergarden this fall. I have the religious exemption paper ready to give with the other papers. I know Florida have exemption for health examination but I wonder if this would conflicts with the religious exemption if I allow her to have a physical check? Are there other papers I should add with the religious exemption paper? I can see on the blue form that it states the law of religious exemption. I'm sorry if I sound too wordy. I want to be ready if the IEP team starts questioning me about the religious exemption since this is my first time handing it in the school and I'm a bit nervous since I've heard stories of schools giving parents a hard time about the blue form.
