My doctor actually only recommended the hep A vaccine; however after reading the materials you sent, I decided to skip getting the vaccine. Most of the other folks I spoke with who recently returned from Ukraine adoptions, also skipped getting the vaccine and were just very cautious with ingesting water, ice or veggies/fruits washed with water.
