So, they've changed the more impersonal sounding term "ring vaccinating" to "cocooning" to give the illusion of nurturing. If the baby doesn't come down with pertussis, then naturally it's because of the vaccine.

However did my unvaxed ones avoid the disease since no one was cocooned in my house??
