You should be able to get a white card from the county health

department. Yeah, they make copies but the nurse or whoever has to sign it..

how are you going to get around that? I had no trouble getting my exemption for

the kids. I did have to list out birthdays and names but really, they

didn’t hassle me at all and I didn’t have to provide the letter I had

come up with to be safe.

Thanks for your reply. However, I am confused by your comment about how I am

going to get around a nurse or whomever to sign it....sorry. Did I miss

something...?

Glad to know that you didn't have any hassles. Now, I just have to worry about

what trouble we will get leaving a military base....

The nurse at the county health dep’t has to sign the exemption

form. I thought you wanted to just print one up and have it but it’s

not valid unless signed by someone in the county health dep’t.

Thanks for the clarification. I was just wanting a copy so that I could take a

look at it beforehand. I figured someone would have to sign it - nothing is

that easy! :0)
