Guest guest
There are three separate bills they are fighting in NY – two for nonconsented STD treatment and vaccination for a minor (assembly and senate versions) and another for HPV mandate for ALL 6th graders. Maybe that is how someone got confused and thought the HPV mandate was part of the bill for STD vaccination and it wasn’t – that was a separate bill. The full alert is posted on www.NewYorkVIC.org From: vaxactivistsgooglegroups [ mailto:vaxactivistsgooglegroups] On Behalf Of Sheri Nakken Sent: Wednesday, February 10, 2010 3:25 PM Recipient list suppressed: Subject: [VaxActivists] on hold & CORRECTION: NYS Stop Vaccination w/o Parental Consent This bill was set for Senate committee vote today Feb 9, 2010, but was> put on hold at the request of the sponsor, Liz Krueger. > The commentary in red is misleading.
