Guest guest
Hi Amy,Do I have your permission to forward this spreadsheet on? Thank you so much for doing this - I think this is incredible information to have in one neat package like this - much appreciated! All the best,MerylOn 07/12/2009, at 5:32 AM, Amy (by way of Sheri Nakken <vaccinedangers@...>) wrote: Posting this for Amy Sheri This is the excel sheet I mentioned I did for myself. I got this from the government vaccine court website. I went through case after case and only listed the date filed, the case #, the vaccine/disorder connection and the amount awarded in damages. I only did the most recent cases and the cases that didn't 'proffer' (which doesn't list the vaccine/disorder connection). I hope this is a help! <vaccine-court documents.pdf>

Guest guest
It's for everyone. I sent it to Sheri and she posted it. This only lists the 2009 and some 2008 cases. I wish I could get the information on the 'proffer' cases because there are some big awards. It's as if they want to hide some of the bigger cases. I saw some with awards like 1.3 million and so on. Proffer I think means that they had a previous case and this one is similar - so they proffer instead of making their whole case again. Most of the time now, the government is just 'stipulating' which means they are just agreeing to award damages but deny a connection. In many cases, they are no longer needing to prove their case because it has already been proven in previous cases. They conceeded in previous cases where it was the first case of it's kind to go to court. For instance, the flu vaccine/gullian-barre syndrome is just stipulated because they know that it is connected. It does appear, however, they there is still a denial of vaccine/autism connection. However, when a case proved that ADEM which was caused by vaccines then caused their child's PDD, I think you find the link it's direct, but indirect and that is how people are winning. Many cases cause ADEM or other neurological or nervous system problems which can in turn cause the delays and/or autism. So, I think it's best in this court to prove the direct medical connection (what part of the neurological or nervous system was affected by what disease), then you can push to prove the indirect connection to autism or PDD. The vaccine/autism cases aren't doing as well in court. On Sun, Dec 6, 2009 at 3:28 PM, a_pretty_dragonfly <rjbly1@...> wrote: On, I see, it's only for Amy.
