Guest guest
hi this may be useful -it is something I have been putting together USING JUST A SMALL PART OF THE PATHOGEN IN QUESTION . This is the new technology for making vaccines. The viruses or bacteria on which the illness is blamed are not present in the vaccines at all. Instead these vaccines are made from ‘Subunits’ – that is 1 or 2 key molecules said to be the same as ones in the virus or bacterium in question. The HPV and some flu vaccines are made like this i – in the case of HPV they have yet managed to make a cell culture that will produce HPV. Producing key molecules without actually having the virus in question is difficult to say the least – and the immune response to such few molecules is often weak. This leads to the addition of aluminium or another adjuvant in order to give the vaccine an observable immune system impact. Other subunit vaccines include the Hepatitis B, Anthrax, Tetanus and Diptheria – all of which require the addition of aluminium adjuvant. In the Hepatis B vaccine the molecule used for the vaccine is produced from a yeast culture, not from the virus in question. Most current ‘flu vacines are of this kind. They often only contain copies of one molecule of the type that is in the virus – this is of Hemagglutinin, the H of the H1N1. Protection from this molecule is said to all that is necessary to be protected from the virus. Some vaccines contain both the H and the N molecules – but none include the virus itself Insect DNA is a new problem in vaccines. Protein Sciences, an up-and- coming vaccine manufacturer, claimed recently that ‘the most advanced of these technologies [for making the flu vaccine] is the production of HA in insect cells. (The HA is the H in H1N1) They make their flu vaccine by inserting the genes for the H and the N associated with the current flu epidemic into catapillar egg cells. As these cells multiply in an incubator they will at the same time make the H and N molecules and these can then by removed and used for the ‘FluBlock’ vaccine. Fragments of insect cell DNA may accompany the H and the N into the vaccine. The danger this presents has resulted in the manufacturer adding ‘benzonase’ to ‘reduce the size of the DNA fragments.’ Nevertheless some insect DNA along with matrix protein and lipid is said to be ‘minimally’ contaminating the vaccine. Novavax Inc is also making flu vaccine using ‘insect cell cultures’ in thousand liter containers. They also say they do not need viruses for this vaccine, just “Virus-Like Particles” (VLP) in their case. These they designed to ‘mimick’ the size and shape of the flu virus. They state ‘the production of Influenza Virus-Like Particles (VLPs) does not require a pathogenic organism.’ The vaccine is entirely engineered. The ‘VLPs” are made to contain Hemagglutinin and Neuraminidase, the H and the N molecules, used instead of flu viruses, as well as a ‘matrix protein’ said to be identical as one found in the virus. They make their vaccine by ‘engineering’ a virus found in bacteria so it contains these VLP molecules and then reproducing this in an insect cell culture. (They do not say which insect) They do not need an adjuvant, as the immune reaction is strong. As their method is faster and cheaper than current egg-based manufacturing methods, they have attracted investment.[1] This new technology thus bypasses the need to actually find viruses to put in vaccines Pandemix – a pandemic Swine Flu vaccine – is inadequately safety tested and has many common risk factors, including that of giving you flu symptoms without need for a virus Analyists report that Pandemrix, made by kline Beecham (SKB), is likely to bring in one billion dollars in sales in 2009. Thus this is a very lucrative epidemic for some. The vaccine is delivered in the UK to the nurse or doctor in two vials that must be mixed just before use. One of these vials contains squalene (20.69 milligrams), an oily adjuvant not currently approved for use in the USA. By mixing this with the virus cell culture fluid in the other vial, a suspension is created of all the particles in the fluid, including haemagglutinin (H1) molecules said to originally come from H1N1 ‘flu virus. The ‘flu virus itself is not in this vaccine. Haemagglutinin gets its name because it causes red blood cells to clump together – and scientists test to see if someone is infected with H1N1 by putting a sample from the patient into blood in a lab vessel. If it clumps, they diagnose swine flu. In fact, all they can logically say is that H is present, for that is all they have tested for. Most flu vaccines only contain the H, a few contain H and N and Flumist is different for it claims to have whole virus in it. Humans naturally possess their own neurominidase (the N in the virus name). If we do not have enough of it we are ill with ‘Neurominidase Deficiency’. It is an important digestive enzyme. Tamiflu and Relenza target this enzyme – and I cannot yet find the evidence that they distinguish a viral form of this enzyme from the human. The cells in the culture from which these H molecules are produced, come from mashed bird embryoes taken from eggs. These embryoes were exposed to H perhaps two days earlier when a seed vaccine containing it was injected into their eggs. Each embryo will produce sufficient H for about 100 vaccine doses, with each containing 3.75 micrograms of H. Mercury (Thiomersal) is then added in order to counter dangers from contaminates and give the vaccine a longer shelf life. SAFETY TRIALS. The manufacturer stated that it was not tested prior to release on young children or on pregnant women. ‘There is no information on the use of Pendemrix in pregnant women.’ The vaccine ‘is for use in adults from 18 years old.’ It is only tested for a relatively short period – and as we have seen, vaccine effects may occur over 8 years later. (See the research above on MMF) Only after the vaccine was given to millions, were safety trials on children commnenced. It also warns that the vaccine can make you test falsely positive for HIV but how many doctors know this? Senior citizens are recommended to take two double doses of vaccine within a one month period, ‘in order to achieve an immune response’ – otherwise they may still fall ill with flu – but there is no report on any test to see if it is safe for the elderly to have this much squalene and mercury injected in such a short period. (My comments are in italics below) ACKNOWLEDGED SIDE EFFECTS. KleneBeecham (SKB) has acknowledged the following risks are attached to this vaccine. These are copied directly from the company’s submission to the European Union for approval. Very Common (‘may occur in more than 1 in 10 doses’) Headache, tiredness, fever, aching muscles and join pain. Also at vaccination site: pain, redness, swelling or a hard lump. (These are the immediate consequence of being injected with foreign materials including squalene. They indicate a body-wide reaction against the vaccine is to be expected in millions of the vacinated.) Common (‘may occur in up to 1 in 10 doses.’) ‘Increased sweating, shivering, flu-like symptoms.’ In other words, the vaccine gives you the symptoms of flu – or the vaccine simply does not work. ) Swollen glands in the neck, armpit or groin. At vaccination site: warmth, itiching or bruising. Uncommon (‘may occur in up to 1 in 100 doses.) Tingling or numbness of the hands or feet, sleepiness, dizziness, diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach pain, feeling sick, itching, rash, sleeplessness. (‘These reactions usually disappear within two days without treatment”) Rare (may occur in up to 1 in 1,000 doses) ‘Allergic reactions leading to a dangerous decrease of blood pressure, which if untreated may lead to collapse, coma and death.’ Fits [may occur] ‘Severe stabbing or throbbing pain along one or more nerves’ ‘Low blood platelet count which can result in bleeding or bruising. Very Rare (‘may occur in up to 1 in 10,000 doses) Temporary inflammation of the brain and nerves causing pain, weakness and paralysis that may spread across the body. Narrowing or blockage of blood vessels; with kidney problems. As SKB is estimated to have sold several hundred million doses of this vaccine, it is an easy calculation to discover how many cases of the above SKB expects to occur as “side effects.’ For example, the above ‘Rare” side effects that might lead to death are predicted to occur in up to 1000 out of every million vaccinated – by the company’s own figures – and some deaths are now being investigated because they occurred a few days after injection.[1] To my mind it might be reasonally thought ridiculous to take this vaccine with these known risks – especially when one of its common side effects is to give you flu symptoms! Astonishingly, SKB is acknowledging that this vaccine may make one in ten suffer flu symptoms, possibly more than would have had these symptoms if they had not taken the vaccine at all! Finally, what if the natural risk of getting flu is not determined by exposure to a virus, contrary to widespread belief? Deeper questions must surely arise from what Professors Dimmock and Primrose reported in their widely used textbook, ‘Introduction to Modern Virology’. ‘Transmission experiments from people infected with rhinovirus (flu virus) to susceptibles sitting opposite at a table proved singularly unsuccessful. Equally unsuccessful was the transmission of influenza from a naturally infected husband/wife to his/her spouse.’ After mentioning ‘traditional stories of wet feet predisposing you to catch a cold’ they then add ‘it has been shown that recently bereaved people are particularly susceptible to infectious diseases. Thus one’s resistance is influenced by one’s state of mind.’ [2] [1] For example http://www.cbc.ca/canada/manitoba/story/2009/11/17/man-h1n1-adverse.html [2] Introduction to Modern Virology.’ Third Edition.
