they have medical exemptions but no one can find a single doctor to give one

I advise those living near borders with Ohio or PA or VA or KY to

send their kids to school over there - they have exemptions

Often costs to do that so some I know get apartments over the border

(cheap ones so they have an address for that state) and then it is free
