Guest guest
Yeah she was more than great!!! But again the segment was too short. Poor thing was getting asked questions from both sides of the couch by women who kept interrupting one another. I was surprised that Whoopie was the one who had to clarify the vaccination comments. Again this is where I get confused as a lefty myself, like Whoopie, who wants to clean up the environment what is so difficult with understanding the toxicity of the ingredients in vaccines???? Although, she did state that each individual child may be different. Barbara sounded like a broken record with the “cure” thing even though has not once on any of these shows said the word “cure” only recovery. You could tell the ladies that read the book and the ones that didn’t. Barbara didn’t but the rest did. That show has gotten too hectic to watch, must be dizzy after that segment. I am so amazed by her ability to handle herself in all of these situations; she is able to get out so much information! - From: EOHarm [mailto:EOHarm ] On Behalf Of Maurine Meleck Sent: Tuesday, September 25, 2007 11:49 AM EOHarm Subject: The View Yeah, again. Guest guest
did the best she could under the circumstances. But I think the whole idea that it's "parents' feelings" vs. the "medical community's scientific facts" is vey misleading and counteractive. The conversation that took place between Barbra and made it seem like it was 's personal whacky diet and fungus ideas w/ no medical or scientific backing -especially since she made a whole to do about trying to convince doctors and theAPA. The fact is that there are 100's if not a 1000 DAN trained MDs DOs RNs pharmacists and clinical nutritionists. The research that backs any of the actions taken toward Evan's recovery came from "a medical community". These ideas are backed by scientific research and there are many in the med community that "get it". Guest guest
Just got done watching it as well. It seemed when was onto the biology explanation, Barbara was cutting her off because she KNEW it would lead to the vaccines. Then pretty much cementing the facts (hers) with the statement (overshadowed by too many voices), 'not against vaccines.' But at least she got to talk about the bucket. This is exactly how Dr. Rapp and my homeopath lecture on the subject. We are buckets. Our body's ability to detox (given the little pinhole in the bucket) is what we regularly are able to detox. When more "buckets" -- smaller ones -- keep dumping in pesticides, vaccine toxins/viruses, pollution, cleaning supplies, that "pinhole" does nothing to alleviate the level in the bucket. This is why -- it is only personal responsibility in getting this crap out of our environment -- in as many places as possibly, i.e. homes, schools, etc. that any of us has any kind of chance in cleaning ourselves up. Our methylation can never happen unless our bodies get a break from the toxins at some point.DEBRA FELLNER <fellnerd@...> wrote: did the best she could under the circumstances. Guest guest
From the minute Barbara introduced , she looked as though she was ready to say "Now , you can't possibly say "cure"and "autism" in the same sentence," she just had this disgusted/chastising look about her. I could tell before she even spoke that she was going to, in some way, denigrate what was going to share. But did good -- didn't let them throw her off track and she stayed positive. It was sad, but not surprising, that the View tried to turn it into some debate and/or scandalous issue, instead of just letting share her message of hope and biomedical treatment news. They can't just let news be news, it has to be provocative. Chap 'n Ali wrote: Yeah she was more than great!!! But again the segment was too short. Guest guest
I got the impression that the show was being heavily censured from the manager/producer or whoever seemed to be cuing them from the sidelines. I thought it unfortunate that was not allowed to expand more upon the treatments to help the other young mothers who are watching. She really tried to emphasize that there were thousands of kids in recovery but kept on getting interupted. That was annoying. After the 20/20 episode, we got a host of Newbies on the childrensappraxia website who were keen to start experimenting with diet. It was a profound change for usually it takes 5 or 6 of us to post several times and urge the young mother just to 'try' a test diet of casien elimination for just 3 weeks. Her exposure sure made the job of us 'old hands' at dyspraxia/apraxia helping the young moms a whole lot easier. Thank you Jennie! At least, my typing fingers thank you! Guest guest
Barbra was trying to bring up anything to "delegitimize" . Barbra made J seem to be making unscientific and wild claims.. All I'm saying is that these are not J's personal claims or research.. Neurological damage from excess mercury and lead is a known and proven phenomenon. The recovery techniques we are all familiar with are based in science. These are very important points, as those individuals who are not familiar w/ scd, GF/CF, detox, hbot, anti-fungals, B12 shots, pycnogenol, oxytocin etc etc think parents are making this stuff up. Did anyone catch M Sherman from Skeptic magazine on The Colbert Report getting all smug about how the crazed parents think vaccines causes autism when clearly "science" shows otherwise. As uneducated in medicine and science as he is he thinks he knows the science. : annalily2005 <anna@...>EOHarm Sent: Tuesday, September 25, 2007 3:27:41 PMSubject: Re: The View But did invite the AAP to come look at all the "beautifulresearch" that those of recovered children can show them.I found Barbara's hangup with the word "cure"--which was *not* 'sword, btw--annoying and time-wasting.> >> > Yeah, again.
