Guest guest
Please, if you have documented your success story here or anyplace, are you willing to share it so I can post it in the category "Success Stories" and titled [YourChosenName's] Story at morjella.com? I think it would be really useful to have as many success stories as possible in one place and searchable as such, so it will come up in the search engines. I will tag them like crazy to help desperate newbies find them. Tim and , I'd love to include yours as well, and if you will write up a profile of bird mites, I will publish it with a link back here. The same goes for any of you who also have a related blog or website. The more ways we can get crucial information in the hands of those who need it, and faster, the sooner they and their loved ones will have their own success stories, the fewer will have to move or destroy all their belongings, and the fewer people they will infect. If you would like to write for morjella.com, I would love to provide you a place to publish. It does not matter to me if you are selling something at your website or not. I will link to it if I believe that what you are selling will help people. I have bought another domain to develop a store of products for people with any parasitic diseases, but haven't had time to develop it yet. It seems hard to find any two of the products many of us use in the same place. Just lining up what I needed to fight this fight has been a royal pain. I cannot stock merchandise or work with merchandise in any way in my home due to local laws governing home businesses, but that is a good thing too in that it will mean the merchandise will be shipped directly from the vendor, not packed by someone who could contaminate it (I hope/imagine/assume that, anyway). Tim, , or whoever is moderating this group now, I hope it is okay with you that I am asking for help and information here. While I do hope that at some point the store might actually at least offset my overhead (all the website related costs), and maybe even generate a revenue stream, my main purpose has, ever since my now defunct (thanks to a CDC scare a couple of years ago) original website, livingwithcritters.com, and my huge (subscription) photoshare account with the same name at webshots been to, first of all, alleviate the sense of hopelessness and thoughts of suicide that I experienced and that so many others have expressed. First things first-to keep people alive long enough that they can find and take advantage of the help they can find at bird mites and elsewhere. I have always, as you do, absorbed all of the costs and have never advertised or sold anything, or considered it, till now. I don't expect this store to make me or anyone else rich (only in our wildest dreams), but I really DO think that people dealing with parasitic diseases need their own resource. I am, as always, open to proactive suggestions and Tim//?, if you prefer that I not mention morjella or my store here anymore, I will respect your wishes. Thank you, kajay morjella@... http://morjella.com
