How much horse invermetcin to take?

Hi, does anyone know how much? I took about 1/2 tsp. The mites are in some of

my silverware too. I did read that microwaving kills them, but cannot put that

in there. I have washed, but the mites are still on a lot of stuff in my

kitchen. Glasses, bowls, cups, etc. I broke the dishwasher I think by spraying

ammonia in there.
