Hey Karl, I don't think I get bit in the car but definitely transport. I spray with arrid before i get in and when I get out. I have bombed with raid max with cypermethrin 4 times. every 3-4 days. do it every other day if you have too. I live in Alabama so it's very hot. I keep the windows up and park in the sun. I also have DE and borax everywhere. I have a old jeep wagoneer with shag carpet. I got all this info off birdmites.org. I bought some heavy duty fly spray (for horses) and spray seats and floor. It's very strong, but who cares.I 've come to realize my stuff is gonna not be the way I want it for awhile, and i am to the point where I will do anything to get rid of these suckers. I slept in DE powder the other night. Vacuum constantly. hang in thereFrom: Cecilia Borg <ceciliaborg@...>bird mites Sent: Saturday, July 30, 2011 5:42 AMSubject: Re: Could anyone suggest best way to treating a vehicle

Hi everyone, first of all I am glad I found this group. I am not alone and lots of useful tips and strategies!

It's always my car is a big problem. How did you treat your vehicle?

Karl
