Guest guest Posted March 11, 2011 Report Share Posted March 11, 2011 I would start just as stated for acute cases. Dissolve 4 tablets every 15 minutes up to 8 doses. I would continue this for several weeks, then dissolve 4 tablets under tongue 3 times daily. I have continued the daily dosage for over a year.
